A first consult usually lasts 60–90 minutes. Here's what to expect, what to bring, and the kinds of questions a homeopath will ask.

Your first consultation will probably surprise you. Expect long, open-ended questions about sleep, mood, food cravings, fears, dreams, family history, and the texture of your symptoms (not just their location). Bring a simple timeline of past illnesses, current medications, and anything you've tried. Most importantly, bring your honest self — homeopathy works best with full pictures, not edited ones.
